The MODUS Method - what is it?

The MODUS Method is a comprehensive example of a complete method of trading that incorporates the best practices of professional systems traders.

All professional systems traders have complete systems that cover all the essential aspects of systems trading.

Professional systems traders do not usually document their methods in a form that would be helpful to others but they all follow the same essential processes. Also, they do not make their methods available.

The MODUS Method is unique in that it is fully documented to produce a systematic method of trading and it is available to anyone who wishes to follow it.

The MODUS Commodity Trading Course explains and teaches how to apply the method and includes a Systems Tester which is a special version of Trading Blox software.

The MODUS Method is not a set of system rules - it is a method for evaluating system rules to assess their capabilities. The trader supplies his own system rules and evaluates these using the method. Using the method, he is able to assess to what extent the rules may be able to satisfy his own personal requirements.

The MODUS Method covers all aspects of systems trading, including market selection, position sizing, parameter selection and step testing.
