The proportion of outstanding shares held by mutual funds, pension funds and other big institutional investors.

In this example we will choose a percentage range, between 2-20%.

Fundamental 1 = percent held, greater than or equal to 2,
Fundamental 2 = percent held, less than or equal to 20
