I have found EFT helpful for a couple of health problems. First, I use it often for atrial fibrillation. It is not severe, but tapping can make it go away, even imagined tapping, when I am in a situation where I can't do tapping physically. The other problem is muscular cramps! The other night, I woke up in the middle of the night with a severe cramp in my calf, from over-exercising. It was excruciating!
