Chaos Balance Lines Strength

Here is a formula that measures the strength of Chaos Balance Lines 

M1:=MP()- Ref(Wilders(MP(),5),-3); 
M2:=MP()- Ref(Wilders(MP(),8),-5); 
M3:=MP()- Ref(Wilders(MP(),13),-8); 
Mov(Mov(Mov(M1+M2+M3,2,S),2,S),2,S) 

I have used MP() instead of the Close to help smooth, then I triple smoothed it with "3" 2 bar MA's
